This is a case study on a small to mid-size private equity firm that deals with real estate development as well as investment to find out the financial feasibility of LEED certified buildings in today’s building climate. La ruta de los ríos Casanare y Guayabero es un área marginada por el conflicto armado, atrasada en aspectos sociales y económicos, con poca infraestructura de acceso; además de un desconocimiento colectivo de su riqueza natural en términos de biodiversidad y paisaje.
