In recent years, natural disasters and various similar emergencies have caused many people to leave this world early. The need for the use of modern technologies in emergencies is growing day by day. Various modern devices, techniques and methods are used in post-disaster search and rescue operations. The issue of finding a survivor is very important in post-disaster operations. The vital signs of humans are very important in determining the survival of humans.
