Abstract: In order to enhance the realism of garment and human body collision in real-time fabric simulation, an automated human body fitting collision method based on the bounding box and mesh method is proposed. According to the human skeletal structure and garment type, the skeletal information involved in collision simulation is effectively optimized, so as to better obtain the feature points of the human body and semantically segment them. Abstract: The production takt time greatly impact on the twin system modeling of assembly line. A dynamic control method of the twin workshop model is proposed, which considers the takt time constraints is proposed. Abstract: Aiming at the human-computer interaction, behavior simulation and user design in virtual assembly, based on the complex gearbox of large tractors, the simulation method of dynamic motion and behavior of gear with multi-collision body is studied. The positioning method of multi-part model based on axis constraints and surface constraints in virtual environment is proposed. The virtual environment of human-computer interaction is developed. Abstract: A real time fluid simulation framework based on DirectCompute acceleration was proposed to solve problems of low simulation efficiency that caused by the increasing fluid particle size and long processing time that caused by the complex solid-liquid boundary. In the simulation, a grid local collision detection method was adopted to speed up the search for the solid-liquid boundary. Abstract: Aiming at the inaccurate collision detection problem in Unity 3D-based visual simulation systems, a dynamic collision optimization algorithm based on ray detection is designed and implemented. The 3D virtual scene is segmented by octree, which simplifies the detection range of obstacles during the operation of simulation systems.
