This study aimed to 1) investigate the effects of learning conditioned narrow reading instruction on vocabulary knowledge of English as Foreign Language (EFL) Learners, and 2) investigate the perceptions of students toward learning conditioned narrow reading instruction on vocabulary knowledge. Thirty sixth-grade students at a private school in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province were selected as participants in this study for 14 weeks. This study examined the effects of differentiated reading instruction (DRI) on the reading comprehension and self-efficacy of undergraduate students. The study indicated their improvement in both areas after the intervention. Thirty-three students attending the course of English for Scientists were chosen for the study. The pre-test in reading comprehension and the self-efficacy questionnaire were administered before the intervention. The scores of the pre-test of reading comprehension were used to divide the students into two groups according to their level of reading proficiency: lower-proficiency level students and higher-proficiency level students. The present study aimed to investigate the relationships between WTC in English in classroom context and four trait-like variables: L2 confidence, L2 motivation, L2 anxiety and grit, to propose a WTC model in EFL classroom setting in Iran, and to identify the best predicting variable of WTC in English. The objectives of this study were 1) to examine EFL senior high school teachers' beliefs towards teaching English pronunciation in Yunnan province and 2) to investigate the English pronunciation practices used by Yunnan EFL teachers. This study investigated the effects of interleaved form-focused instruction (FFI) on Thai lower secondary students' grammatical knowledge, long-term retention, and their perception towards the instruction. Students took a pre-test, an immediate post-test, and a one-week delayed post-test, and were also interviewed at the end of the implementation. The test scores were to investigate the improvement of grammatical knowledge as well as the long-term retention, and the data from the semi-structured interview were analyzed to figure out the perceptions towards the overall instruction.
