This is a copy of AIO’s Repatriation project proposal submitted to the Pew Charitable Trusts in 1992. Repatriation: Culture recaptured is a two-pronged multi-year national education program to be undertaken in a true public-private partnership, forming alliances with several Federal agencies, national professional societies, museums, universities, and Native Americans.
