Within the worldwide business community, many analysis tools and techniques have evolved to assist in the evaluation and encouragement of financial health and fiscal viability. Leadership matters’ and ‘start with the pedagogies, not the technologies’, say Australian educators. Voices from the profession provides an overview of what a cross-section of over 400 of Australia’s educational leaders saw in 2005 as factors that contribute to how leadership supports learning with information and communication technologies (ICT) in Australian schools. It presents some of the issues raised and solutions proposed by the educational leaders who participated in this research. Secondary schools in Nigeria operate within the guidelines provided by the National Policy on Education (NPE) 1981, revised 1989 (Federal Government of Nigeria, 1989). This document stipulates the objectives of secondary education, the caliber of teachers to teach in them and their qualifications, as well as the curriculum content and methodology to be employed.
