Abstract: This study aimed at finding out the job satisfaction for age groups coaches in the Jordanian Manaseer football League. The study sample consisted of (60) coaches, who were selected by using purposive sample method. The descriptive methodology was used in this study.The researchers used the job satisfaction scale to collect data. The results of the study showed that the overall level of the job satisfaction fields among the coaches of the age groups in the Jordanian Manaseer Football League was Moderate.
