Occupational therapy has set a strategic vision to increase equity and health access through leadership in all practice areas. The objective of the research was to assess the influence of electronic education (e-learning) on faculty members’ performance through sustainable development at the Police Science Academy (PSA) in Sharjah.

The analysis unit of the study consisted of all full and part-time faculty members at PSA in Sharjah. Thirty-three questionnaires were distributed by Google Forms, and 30 questionnaires were retrieved. The study is explanatory, and it is quantitative in nature.

The study revealed that e-learning and its dimensions (human resources, technological infrastructure, electronic curriculum, electronic exam, electronic legislation, privacy and security, and organizational culture) are significantly associated with faculty member performance. …

Technology systems that support learning–such as Learning Management Systems, or LMS’s–can change frequently in higher education. This often creates significant challenges for faculty-support staff during a transition–or migration–period. When equitable practice is deprioritized during these migrations, there is a high chance that stakeholders will experience adoption resistance, putting the project’s success and subsequent student experience at risk. This study aimed at unveiling the degrees to which the standards of the Universal Design for Learning model (UDL) are fulfilled in the e-learning System at both Al-Aqsa University and Palestine Technical University.
