The purpose of this research is to (1) develop a hybrid flipbook-based media in e-learning Pancasila Education courses as a step to reduce the use of internet quotas, (2) make Pancasila Education lectures varied and fun, and (3) know the validity of media, matrials, and design. The methods used use a quantitative epproach with this type of research development of the ADDIE model. This research aimed to produce YouTube vlog channels that are valid, practical, and effective to be used in facilitating e-learning in a basic mathematics course. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D), which consists of four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh perangkat e-learning materi gerak melingkar menggunakan Learning Management System Chamilo yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk pembelajaran fisika materi gerak melingkar. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Banyuasin 1. Metode penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model Alessi dan Trollip terbagi dalam tiga tahapan yakni tahap perencanaan, tahap desain, dan tahap pengembangan. Pandemi Covid-19 mengubah cara pembelajaran secara tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jauh atau e-learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti empiris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan e-learning oleh guru pada SMK Ma'arif 1 Yogyakarta. Model penelitian ini berdasarkan framework Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of a Technology (UTAUT). Data didapatkan dari 32 responden melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 5 tingkat. Efektivitas dari penerapan e-learning di perguruan tinggi pada situasi pandemi Covid 19 dipengaruhi beberapa faktor. Faktor yang paling penting adalah kesiapan mahasiswa menggunakan ­e-learning dalam proses perkuliahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa pendidikan fisika dalam menggunakan e-learning. Dengan mengetahui tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa, dosen dan pemangku kebijakan dapat mempersiapkan kebijakan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan aplikasi penilaian e-learning Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) berbasis ISO 19796-1 yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi e-learning SMK di Yogyakarta menggunakan teknik Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan metode agregasi arithmetric mean dan geometric mean, (2) menguji kualitas aplikasi dengan menggunakan strandar ISO 9126.
