Reading comprehension of physics texts is a neglected area in physics curricula. This article reports an investigation the critical reading of physics texts among students of physics education. Students' performance reading comprehension on science text were investigated using reading comprehension test. Students' reading comprehension of science texts are tested with the help of reading comprehension which is designed with reference to TOEFL reading test and translated into Bahasa Indonesia. This qualitative study identified the common reading problems that negatively impact reading comprehension of third graders with learning disabilities. It also investigated the effective reading strategies that special education teachers have utilized to improve reading comprehension levels of the students in resource room settings. In April 2013, the U.S. unemployment rate was 7.6% and did not drop as quickly in the recent recession as in past recessions. The Unemployment and Job Creation Program study informed readers that many employers could not find qualified workers. The purpose of this qualitative multiple case study was to explore hiring managers' strategies to locate and hire skilled workers in the furniture manufacturing industry.
