Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan butir instrumen yang berkualitas berdasarkan tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya beda dan pengecoh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian ex post facto. Objek penelitian semua jawaban hasil tes calon mahasiswa baru tahun 2014-2016. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk validitas isi ditemukan nilai validitas isi (vi) sebesar 0,42 termasuk kategori sedang. Selanjutnya tampak bahwa nilai koefisien reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0,514. Jumlah butir soal yang sukar sebanyak 57,5%, kategori sedang sebanyak 42,5% dan tidak terdapat soal kategori mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen yang memenuhi syarat untuk mengukur afektif siswa kelas IV, dan mengetahui gambaran afektif siswa kelas IV tahun ajaran 2016/2017 di Kabupaten Klaten. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Developmentdengan Model Thiagarajan. Instrumen penilaian afektif telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Validitas isi diuji oleh ahli dan diperoleh indeks Aiken sebesar 0,85. Validitas konstruk dilakukan dengan analisis faktor eksploratori dan konfirmatori. Hasil analisis faktor eksploratori menunjukkan nilai KMO sebesar 0,726 sedangkan Bartlett's Test sebesar Sig. 0,000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen diri guru pada aktivitas pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan yang handal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada lima tahapan dalam model Plomp. Subyek penelitian adalah guru SMA di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang dipilih dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Jumlah subyek penelitian pada uji coba awal sebanyak 350 orang dan uji coba lapangan utama sebanyak 950 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala Likers (1-5). This development research is carried out in several steps namely: preparing initial scales, trials, and interpretation of trials result. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan model evaluasi implementasi kebijakan standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) jenjang sekolah dasar (SD). Hasil evaluasi diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada Dinas pendidikan dan para praktisi pendidikan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah non experimental. Desain penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 variabel laten dan 33 variabel manifest. Populasinya mencakup 307 SD di 11 Kecamatan wilayah Kabupaten Pesawaran. This article discusses the construct validity of the creative thinking skill instrument supporting a conation idea aspect for biology student-teachers in the subject of Human Physiology. Two hundred and eighteen students participated in this study. Construct validity was obtained through Confirmatory Factor Analysis technique (CFA). Reliability was estimated by composite reliability. Findings show that the construct validity and the reliability of the instrument are high. A thorough discussion on the findings and future implications are provided towards the end of this paper.

The study is aimed at finding the differences in students' academic achievement based on the admission system type to IAIN Batusangkar and the size of the contribution of admission systems to students' achievement. The study uses the quantitative research approach. The comparative multivariate technique is used for the data analysis. Subjects include 159 student candidates for the local-exam stream, 161 for the national-exam stream, and 123 for the achievement-based stream. This qualitative study aimed at evaluating the circumstances in plenary class that provoke learners' speaking anxiety. To meet the objectives, this study investigated students of German as a Foreign Language (GFL) course who were experiencing speaking anxiety symptoms in the plenary class. The research was a narrative qualitative study, and the data were collected through observation and interview. The result of this study reveals that learners' speaking anxiety occurred in particular circumstances of the plenary class, such as unfamiliar topic, still class, students' unpreparedness for spontaneous speaking, expressionless face of the lecturer, and students' fear of native speaker lecturers.

Tempat dan sampel penelitian dipilih secara purposive random sampling. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dan diteliti meliputi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), modul dan instrumen penilaian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Karya Tulis Ilmiah (Diklat KTI) untuk widyaiswara yang diselenggarakan Pusbangtendik Kemdikbud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluatif, model Kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 widyaiswara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Pertama; hanya ada tiga level Diklat KTI yang dilaksanakan sesuai peraturan, perencanaan serta memenuhi kriteria evaluasi, yaitu: level reaksi, pembelajaran dan perilaku. Kedua; Diklat KTI yang diselenggarakan Pusbangtendik Kemdikbud masih belum berdampak terhadap individu dan unit kerja. Rekomendasi atas Program Diklat KTI adalah dilanjutkan dengan perbaikan pada level dampak Diklat KTI.

Pengetahuan dan kebijaksanaan adalah nilai keutamaan tentang fungsi kognitif. Pengetahuan dapat diimplementasikan dalam peningkatan kualitas hidup manusia. Dalam konteks pendidikan karakter bangsa, nilai kreatif, rasa ingin tahu, dan gemar membaca merupakan faktor kekuatan karakter yang membangun nilai keutamaan pengetahuan dan kebijaksanaan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa struktur nilai-nilai karakter bangsa yang menjadi bagian dari nilai keutamaan pengetahuan dan kebijaksanaan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 780 responden siswa SMA. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahwa terbentuk tiga faktor kekuatan karakter yaitu kreatif, rasa ingin tahu, dan gemar membaca. Ketiga faktor tersebut merupakan faktor yang dapat membangun nilai keutamaan pengetahuan dan kebijaksanaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menghasilkan instrumen experiment performance assessment dengan model pembelajaran guided inquiry, membuktikan validitas dan estimasi reliabilitas produk instrumen, dan mengetahui keefektifan produk instrumen untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan kerja sama. Metode yang digunakan adalah R & D (Research and Development) yang diadopsi dari Dick et al yang terbagi menjadi tahap pendahuluan, tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan, tahap uji coba terbatas dan tahap uji coba luas. The study was aimed at (1) identifying indicators for bandel attitudes in the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, and (2) finding out the results of the implementation of the developed bandel attitude assessment instrument. The study was developmental research in the affective domain using Mardapi's ten developmental steps. Subjects were selected by cluster random sampling of 392 junior secondary school students, 57 for the limited-scale try-out and 335 for the wider-scale try-out. The data analysis techniques included those for Aiken content validity, concurrent validity, and Cronbach Alpha reliability. The study was aimed at producing a valid and reliable higher-order thinking skill (HOTS) test instrument using Lombok local cultures as contexts in the junior secondary school mathematics subject matter. The study is developmental research involving a field try-out of 75 students of Grade VIII. Data were analyzed using classical test theories of difficulty levels, discriminating powers, and functioning distractors. The test validity is assessed using the Aiken formula and reliability is estimated by Cronbach Alpha.
