Hand-in-Hand is a non-profit organization that creates fun learning experiences for both children and adults. This project utilized past research data from Hand-in-Hand to create an educational toolkit that will help the students in Hand-in-Hand’s after school program accomplish their SCL goals. SCL goals, or supports for community living, help the students at Hand-in-Hand become more comfortable in society and help develop their independence in the future by working on everyday tasks. The toolkit includes a handout, outline, and a PowerPoint presentation with a list of indoor and outdoor activities appropriate for the Hand-in-Hand students. This toolkit was provided to …
