The academic literature is robust in terms of how organizations can improve its innovation, sales and new product development processes as well as its marketing management program. Yet very little has been written on the methods in which organizations can cultivate and develop future marketing leaders. With this as a background, the purpose of this research is twofold. One of the most challenging aspects of teacher education is translating theory and research into practice for emerging teachers. Community colleges have a number of missions ranging from developmental education through academic transfer. They are obligated to provide higher education opportunities in a manner that is affordable, accessible, and adaptable to the changing needs of their constituents. As the mission of community colleges continues to evolve, several states have interpreted this mission to include baccalaureate programming.
