Praksis Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan Pada Unit Produksi Jasa Boga, Tuatul Mahfud

Penelitian bertujuan menemukan konsepsi guru tentang pembelajaran kewirausahaan, kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dikembangkan pada unit produksi sekolah dalam bidang jasa boga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, ketua program studi, kepala unit produksi, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, data display, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) belajar kewirausahaan memerlukan kegiatan nyata (hands-on) dengan melibatkan siswa pada kegiatan usaha yang nyata dalam unit produksi; (2) kompetensi kewirausahaan dikembangkan melalui unit produksi adalah: pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan melalui …

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: menemukan model penguatan sikap tindak wirausaha melalui pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Semarang, Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sample dilakukan secara purposif sampling, dengan pertimbangan sekelompok subyek yang memiliki karakteristik: sebagai anggota KWT kategori proaktif, reaktif dan nonaktif; memiliki status sosial ekonomi rendah, berdomisili di Kabupaten Semarang. Jumlah sample 198 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (Action Research), yang diharapkan menghasilkan model dan modul pemberdayaan KWT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat pengetahuan siswa paska pendidikan pada kategori baik; (2) terbukti ada peningkatan pengetahuan siswa paska pendidikan. Prison systems are facing significant challenges from overcrowding and a ‘revolving door’ routine. Reducing recidivism would help alleviate both these problems and would also assist in breaking the cycle of career criminality. However, one of the primary causes of recidivism is a lack of employment opportunities for people who have spent time in prison, thereby causing them to return to crime. Given the dearth of entrepreneurship research on ex-prisoners, this paper examines a ‘Start Your Own Business’ programme delivered inside a prison. The entrepreneurial spirit of African American has been misunderstood. This dissertation used the voices of 15 African American entrepreneurs in Fresno County to reconstruct the historical development and performance of African American entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship developed from the necessity to survive; it was the outcome of deprivation, exclusion, and legal and political alienation. For African Americans, historical development and experience in entrepreneurship has been turbulent; understanding of African American entrepreneurship has been distorted with flawed theoretical constructs based on false premises of a lack of a tradition of business establishment and inadequate support for capitalism in African American communities.
