This internship/project report includes validation documents required in meeting the quality criteria for secondary-level programs of instruction in agriculture at Pacheco High School located in Los Banos, California. The documents are concurrently used for the Agriculture Incentive Grant review process at Pacheco High School conducted by representatives of the California Department of Education. The internship included the development of a comprehensive program plan for Pacheco High School. This internship/project report includes validation documents required in meeting the quality criteria for secondary-level programs of instruction in agriculture. The documents are concurrently used for the Agriculture Incentive Grant review process at Porterville High School conducted by representatives of the California Department of Education. The internship included the development of the Agriculture Incentive Grant Binder for Porterville High School. Also included are the Porterville FFA Program of Activities, Program Recruitment Materials created for the Porterville FFA, a detailed reflection of the recruitment efforts made, and a detailed reflection of the process of creating an Agriculture Advisory Committee.
