The purpose of this thesis is to study the junior high school football program regarding organization, procedure, and format. This study will attempt to (1) show the basic needs of junior high school age boys, (2) discuss the advantages of the junior high school program, (3) discuss the disadvantages of the junior high school program, and (4) present recommendations for changes which could insure a better program.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the outcomes of the early admission practice of the Ellensburg Public Schools during the period 1956 through 1959 as it related to public school students whose birthdates occurred after September 10 and before February 1. These outcomes were studied in relation to a limited number of factors assumed to be significant in measuring the educational development and school progress of students. Screening procedures were related to these results.
