p> Integrated project delivery is a rapidly developing approach to design and construction that uses business structures, new technologies and newly developing practices to collaboratively use the talents and contributions of all participants in the design and construction process. This project replicates this approach by creating a collaborative project between the Department of Construction Management and Technology and the Department of Quantity Surveying. The term “collaborative learning” refers to an instruction method in which students at various performance levels work together in small groups towards a common goal.
