This study aimed to identify the application degree of governance standards in Palestinian public universities from the point of view of its faculty members. A 40-itemquestionnaire was been developed for data gathering and distributed among study sample of 300 faculty members, who were chosen randomly among three Palestinian public universities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of scientific and civic cultural literacy of the American University of Madaba (AUM) students and its relationship to personal variables.
