The word "champion" is both a noun and an action verb . . . we both are and we do. This Power Point presentation accompanies the webinar that was conducted for attendees of the OSCA-NOSCA Workshops in the Winter/Spring of 2012 to provide an opportunity for further discussion of how the Eight Components and Parent/Family/Community Partnership materials that were received can be utilized to transform counseling practice and create a college-going culture in one's school/district/community. It provided time to share best practices, ask questions and share concerns and in general, more fully reflect on and digest the many topics that were introduced at the workshop.
