The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes in the form of cognitive abilities and student learning motivation through the development of the learning design Problem-Based Learning within flipped classroom model. The study used quasi-experimental research with One Group Pretest-Post Test Design. In the research process, instruments are needed in the form of (1) multiple-choice tests as instructional cognitive measurements of students, and (2) observation sheets of learning motivation measurements in the form of motivational rubrics developed based on arcs rubrics. The aim of this research is to develop an electronic module that integrates STEM and PBL projects to improve students' critical thinking skills. Development research conducted using the ADDIE model. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah 2 Junior High School (JHS) of Batu. Product trials were carried out involving 25 class VII students. The data collection instrument was carried out using a questionnaire given to media experts, material experts, teachers and students to test the feasibility and practicality of the media, as well as the pretest-posttest to measure students' critical thinking skills. Terdapat banyak model pembelajaran yang diterapkan untuk menganalisis kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah siswa. Namun, belum banyak model yang diintegrasikan dengan pembelajaran berbasis simulasi online untuk meningkatkan kemampuan argumentasi ilmiah siswa. Padahal, saat ini ada banyak website simulasi online yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga pendidikan atau universitas di tingkat internasional dan jarang digunakan dalam penelitian.
