This paper reviews what secondary business educators can do to restructure a business curriculum for the 21 st century and how they can do it effectively. It was written to describe today's workplace, the skills that employers are expecting workers to have, the current trends and reform evolving in high school business education, and the projects, strategies, and tools that can be used by business teachers to prepare students for success in the workplace.
