Institute staff will conduct an evaluation of the 21st Century Workplace Skills Initiative for the Indiana Dept. of Workforce Development (DWD). The evaluation consists of four major tasks: 1) A literature review will be completed to initiate the evaluation study; this includes a literature review of grantee proposals. 2) Site visits and participant surveys will be conducted. A baseline report will be drafted which includes short profiles of all funded projects as well as quantitative analysis from pre-training assessments and participant survey data. 3) Ongoing site visits and analysis of assessment data will be conducted to refine statistical analysis of …
