Sarah Casmass recounts her study abroad experience in Jamaica over Christmas Break 2015. She traveled with twenty colleagues though Liberty's School of Education. While there, she taught Art Education. Casmass wrote: “The Lord taught my teammates as well as myself the countless reasons why we do what we do,” and strongly encouraged readers to use that word regardless, for: "Honors student—whoever you or wherever you are, in whatever you do, regardless of your situation or how equipped you feel—trust the Lord of your calling over your current condition."

A Fruitful College Campus Ministry: A Mixed-Method Case Study Of Vassar Christian Fellowship At Vassar College, Jacob T. Dunlow

Christian Perspectives in Education

Given the increased scrutiny and difficulty Christian student organizations are encountering on secular college campuses, study is needed to aid in forming a way forward for fruitful campus ministry. This article presents a case study of a student campus ministry that is currently thriving in its secular liberal arts environment. It utilized a mixed-method approach to discover seven factors that led to vibrancy for Vassar Christian Fellowship, a student ministry at Vassar College. Application is focused on campus ministries and local churches.
