This study aimed to reveal the metacognitive awareness of reading strategies of non-Arabic speaking learners and its relation of their self-efficacy in learning the skill of reading. A random sample of (81) non-Arabic speaking males and female's learners at the major of Arabic Language and Literature at Yarmouk University-Jordan was chosen. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used the scale of Awareness of Reading Strategies Inventory (MARSI) which was developed by Mokhtari et al (2018). The current study aimed to identify the effect of using (PQ4R) strategy on improving Self-Efficacy among eighth-grade students in ‎Ein Al Bash's Directorate of Education in Jordan. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الكفايات الذاتية للمعلمين اللازمة لضمان نجاح نظام التعليم الشامل في مدارس التعليم العام، وذلك من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم العام ومعلمي صعوبات التعلم، في المدارس الابتدائية الملحق بها برامج صعوبات التعلم بمحافظة الأحساء. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طبق الباحثان استبانة على(127)معلما ومعلمة، منهم (47) صعوبات تعلم، و(81) تعليمٍ عام، واتضح من النتائج أن أبرز توافرٍ للكفايات الذاتية اللازمة لتطبيق التعليم الشامل لدى معلمي التعليم العام ومعلمي صعوبات التعلم في مدارس التعليم العام تمثلت في بُعد "التخطيط للتدريس"، وكان أقلها بُعد "التعاون والتشارك"، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,01) فأقل في اتجاهات …
