The Effectiveness Of Secondary Schools In Jordan As Perceived By Their Teachers, سلامة يوسف طناش

This study aimed to identify the degree of public secondary schools efficacy in Jordan from the point of view of their teachers through the scholastic year (2016/2017) among about (1384) secondary schools. Random samples were selected from the study community which reached to (505) schools, disseminated in three districts. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach using a questionnaire to collect the data, which consists of (117) paragraphs divided into eight areas: Head teacher, Teacher, Student, Teaching, Facilitating, Local Community, School Supervisor and Curriculum, which their validity and reliability were guaranteed by the researcher.
