هدف المقال التعرف إلى أنماط القيادة التربوية (الديمقراطي، الأوتوقراطي، المتسيب) في المدارس الأردنية وأثرها على تحفيز المعلمين من وجهة نظرهم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (611) معلماً ومعلمة تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مدارس مديرية تربية لواء القويسمة، وتم توزيع استبانة الدراسة على أفراد العينة (On-line) من خلال برمجية (Google Survey) خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2022/2023. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أنماط القيادة التربوية الثلاثة موجودة في المدارس الأردنية من وجهة نظر العينة، وأولها وأكثرها انتشاراً هو النمط الديمقراطي، يليه النمط الأوتوقراطي، وأخيراً النمط المتسيب. ولم تتوصل الدراسة إلى وجود …

This study aims to sightsee students' perceptions of how online lectures should be through exploring factors that increase students' motivation to attend live zoom classes. A quantitative approach was used to achieve the purpose of the study. The data was collected through an electronic questionnaire using Google forms to explore students' attitudes and perspectives on influencing their attendance to online learning sessions. Abstract: The aim of this study was to find out the level of the goal orientations, among the students of the University of Jordan, and their effect on learning strategies which they use. هدفت هـذه الدراسـة إلـى استقصـاء أثـر التـدريس باسـتخدام استراتيجية المحطات والمراكز فـي تحسين مستوى دافعية طالبات الصف العاشر الأردنيات نحـو الاستيعاب القرائي. حيث قام الباحث باختيار المدرسة بشكل قصدي. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة التي تم اختيارها عشوائيا من 80 طالبة. إذ قسمت العينة الى مجوعتين, مجموعة ضابطة مكونة من 40 طالبة ومجموعة تجريبية مكونة من 40 طالبة. وقد طُبّقت الاستبانة على المجموعة الضابطة التي تم تطبيق الاستراتيجية عليها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى دافعية الطالبات نحو استخدام استراتيجية المحطات والمراكزفي حصص مهارات الاستيعاب القرائي كانت إيجابية ومرتفعة. وبالاعتماد على هذه النتائج, يوصي الباحثون باستخدام هذه الاستراتجية في تدريس مهارات …

This study aimed to investigate the levels of motivation to learn English among a sample of Jordanian university students, and its relationship to some variables. The study sample consisted of (412) students, studying an English language course at the universities of Jordan. A five scale questionnaire containing (66) items has been applied, covering (10) sub dimensions. This study aimed to investigate the use of computerized educational games in stimulating the motivation of Kindergarten children towards learning. The sample included 60 kindergarten children in the public school kindergartens belonging to Ain Al-Basha Directorate. The sample was randomly divided into two equal groups: experimental group and control group. The experimental group was taught using computerized educational games related to the interactive national curriculum, while the control group was taught in the usual way.
