The study aimed at revealing the effectiveness of educational policies in the Higher Education from the viewpoint of academic leaders and decision makers in Jordanian universities. In order to achieve the objectives of the study، the researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (31) paragraphs divided into five areas measuring the effectiveness of educational policies in the Ministry of Higher Education، (247) employees and employees.
