Optimism And Pessimism Among Students Of Al-Quds Open University In Palestine And Its Relationship To Some Variables, Mohammed Shaheen

This study aimed to investigate the reality of optimism and pessimism among Students of Al-Quds Open University in Palestine. The data was collected using optimism and pessimism scales through a stratified random sample of (3, 341) male and female. The results showed that the degree of optimism among the students was above average with an average of (51.47), and a prevalence rate (68.70%), while pessimism was lower degree than the average (37.12), and a prevalence rate (49.56%). The results indicated a consensus between males and females in the degrees of optimism and pessimism, so there was no significant difference between …
