School districts strive for success for their students. Success can be measured in a variety of ways, such as school projects and test scores. However, the most accurate way to define success would be through the accomplishment of a specific goal. This study explores the nature of goals across three Ohio school districts, as well as a school in the Dominican Republic. The methodologies of the project were to interview one administrator and two teachers from each of the school districts, and then observe each of the teachers that were interviewed.
