The Current study at analyzing parental involvement barriers in kindergarten (KG) activities from the perception of school administration and teachers in Al-Ain Kindergartens. It identified, examined and analyzed the school administration and teacher perception on barriers that hinder parental involvement in kindergarten activities. This study aimed to identify the role of school activities in developing leadership skills among female students in cycle 2 public schools in the Emirate of Fujairah from the teachers and the social workers point of view.
