Abstract:
This study aimed to identify to the degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate from teachers' point of view, and it aimed to identify the suggestions for development. The study followed the descriptive survey methodology. The study used to collect is a questionnaire on the practice degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate consisting of (26) items data. This study aimed to identify to the degree of teachers, morale in Irbid Governorate's schools from their Perspectives, the study followed the descriptive survey method. Abstract: The study aimed to identify Senge Model implementation degree at Irbid Governorate schools as learning organizations from teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (670) public and private school teachers selected randomly. Abstract: This study aimed at exploring the effectiveness of managing the crisis of Syrian refugee seekers in the schools of Irbid governorate from teachers' point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive methodology was used.
