Abstract:

This study aimed to identify to the degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate from teachers' point of view, and it aimed to identify the suggestions for development. The study followed the descriptive survey methodology. Abstract: The study aimed to identify Senge Model implementation degree at Irbid Governorate schools as learning organizations from teachers' point of view.
