AgriCorps, an American organization, created a fellowship program to connect agricultural professionals to school-based agricultural education in developing countries. Previous scholars researched the impacts of international experiences on learners, usually through the lens of short-term study abroad. This study seeks to examine the impact of long-term international fellowship experiences in education and provide recommendations for future like-programs by analyzing the experiences of previous AgriCorps fellows. Fellows lived and taught school-based agricultural education in a community in Ghana or Liberia. This paper describes a study that focused on developing, validating and standardizing a dyscalculia test, henceforth called the Dyscalculia Test. Out of the 4,758,800 students in Nigeria's upper primary and junior secondary schools, l randomly drew a sample of 2340 students, using a multistage sampling procedure that applied various sampling techniques. Aim: to determine the design and effectiveness of a complex of exercises aimed at improving the strength training of 15-16-year-olds engaged in swimming training.

Methods: 1. Theoretical generalization and analysis of data of scientific and methodological literature; 2. Pedagogical testing; 3. Pedagogical experience; 4. Mathematical statistics style.

Results: as a result of the study, an increase in strength training of young swimmers was achieved.

Conclusion: the effectiveness of the methods developed for the development of strength training is confirmed by the growth temps of the indicators that characterize the strength of the swimmers.
