The Peer Mentorship Program was developed during a pandemic to meet the ever-growing needs of the first-year students at Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine (VMCVM). While all transitions into graduate school are difficult, this is especially true during a time of such uncertainty, where every change is magnified by something out of students’ control. Determining The Effect Of Student-Content Interaction, Instructor-Student Interaction And Student-Student Interaction On Online Education Satisfaction Level, Birgul Aydin

The aim of this research is to introduce the factors that affect the online education satisfaction level. The related data was obtained from 208 people via online platforms using the random sampling technique. Exploratory factor analysis was performed for verifying dimensions. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied in order to determine the factors affecting the online education satisfaction level. As a result of the analysis four dimensions of online education satisfaction were determined and it was concluded that student-content interaction, instructor-student interaction, and student-student interaction have a significant effect on online education satisfaction. Qualitative studies have the potential to evoke emotional distress among participants, particularly where sensitive issues are explored. Consequently, novice qualitative researchers become well versed in strategies to minimise risk to participants. But what happens to the novice researcher when they are confronted with the emotional account of a participant? While research practices consistently serve to protect the wellbeing of participants, concern for researcher wellbeing is often overlooked.
