Rough draft of a Letter from Fritz Marti to Right Reverend Monsignor Carl J. Ryan Superintendent of Schools, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. In this letter Marti outlines his "opinion about certification of teachers in private schools." He makes a case against requiring education courses for teachers at private schools pointing out that it would drive capable instructors to other institutions.
