Examining The Impact Of Work-Family Conflict On Organizational Commitment: Study Of Higher Education Sector In Northern Cyprus, Dilem Dana

This study examined the impact of work-to-family conflict (WFC) and family-to-work conflict (FWC) on two forms of organizational commitment, namely affective commitment and continuance commitment on full-time academic staff of two universities in Northern Cyprus. Two main theories have been tested in the current study; one for Organizational commitment and one for Work-Family Conflict Concept. The COVID-19 pandemic has adversely affected many sectors, including the tourism sector. In this process, many tourism sector employees lost their jobs. Employees who lost their jobs did not return by turning to different sectors. This situation has revealed the lack of qualified personnel in the tourism sector. This study focuses on universities that provide qualified personnel to the tourism sector. This study aims to determine the current status and development level of publications on cultural heritage tourism in international literature. Studies in the international literature done about cultural heritage tourism between 1999-2021, were examined within certain parameters. The Web of Science database was searched to access scientific studies on the concept.
