Global Virtual Teams (GVTs) have become a common practice utilized in most organizations necessary for business continuity and as a result of forced remote work due to factors such as global pandemics. GVTs are characterized by unique traits which enable the team to achieve goals. Studies show that GVT needs should be addressed at the outset of working together in order to ensure better results.
