Many students today need social-emotional supports in place to have academic success. Morning Meetings are one way to provide social-emotional support. This elementary school improvement plan demonstrates a need for teachers to implement daily Morning Meetings with fidelity in their classrooms. These Morning Meetings will help create a positive learning environment for students to build trusting relationships with their teacher and peers. Students are likely to feel increased levels of safety, personal value, and support in their classrooms.
