Abstract:

This study aimed to identify to the degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate from teachers' point of view, and it aimed to identify the suggestions for development. The study followed the descriptive survey methodology. The study used to collect is a questionnaire on the practice degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate consisting of (26) items data. Abstract:

This study aimed to explore the level of social intelligence among a sample of secondary school teachers of the first educational district in Zarqa. It tried also to explore the classroom discipline strategies adopted by those teachers. In addition it tried to study the relationship between social intelligence and classroom discipline strategies.The sample consisted of (350) secondary school teachers. Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the degree to which secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait practice administrative transparency from the viewpoint of teachers and educational supervisors.The researcher followed the descriptive methodology to its relevance to the nature and objectives of the study. The study aimed at identifying the practice degree of the school adminstrators for management control and its relation to the functional performance of teachers from the perspective of managers and teachers in the governorate of Al. Batinah South in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consisted of (527) male and female teachers, and (69) male and female administrators.
