Abstract:

The study aimed to evaluate the conflict management effectiveness degree of educational school principals at Jerusalem district and its relationship to teachers’ morale. The study sample consisted of (384) school teachers selected using stratified random method. To achieve the study objectives. The correlational descriptive methodology was used. Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the relationship between intellectual efficiency and emotional intelligence among primary school principals in the North within the Green Line from teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (460) primary school teachers. To achieve the study objectives, descriptive survey methodology was used.
