Abstract:

The study aimed to evaluate the conflict management effectiveness degree of educational school principals at Jerusalem district and its relationship to teachers’ morale. The study sample consisted of (384) school teachers selected using stratified random method. To achieve the study objectives. The correlational descriptive methodology was used. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The study showed that the degree of conflict management effectiveness among the principals of education schools in Jerusalem district from teachers’ point of view was moderate. Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the role of elementary school principals within the green line in integrating students with ADHD and its relationship to their personal traits from the teachers’ point of view. The correlational descriptive methodology was used, and the questionnaire represented the tool of the study. Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the relationship between intellectual efficiency and emotional intelligence among primary school principals in the North within the Green Line from teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (460) primary school teachers. To achieve the study objectives, descriptive survey methodology was used. The results showed that the level of intellectual efficiency among primary school principals was high from teachers' point of view, while emotional intelligence was moderate. The purpose of the study was to identify the training needs of public schools principals in Al-Mafraq governorate in light of the wise governance requirements. The present study aimed at identifying the reality of Total Quality Management (TQM) in private schools in Jordan from the point of view of private school principals.
