Abstract: The study aimed at revealing the degree of organizational excellence of the primary schools in the North region within the Green Line from teachers' point of view. A descriptive survey methodology was used. The researchers selected the study sample randomly. The study sample reached (469) teachers (male and female). To achieve the objective, the study was developed a questionnaire as a study tool, which consisted of (25) items distributed to (3) dimensions, and after confirmation of its validity and reliability, it was applied to the study sample.
