Abstract: This study aimed at finding out the availability degree of organizational environment requirements in Jordanian private universities in Amman Governorate, from faculty members and academic leaders’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (265) faculty members and (103) academic leaders, working at Jordanian private universities in Amman Governorate. The descriptive – survey methodology was used. A questionnaire was developed to find out the availability degree of organizational environment requirements. Its validity and reliability were assured. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the academic and administrative load and its role in weakening of the efficiency of scientific research among faculty members in Jordanian private universities. The study aimed at identifying the reality of creative behavior among faculty members at Al-Bayt University. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (24) items and its validity and reliability were assured. The study aimed at identifying the Status quo of the social responsibility of the faculty members at the public Jordanian universities. The population of study consisted of faculty deans, heads of departments and faculty members in the public Jordanian universities for the year 2016/2017. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed, consisting of (60) items and distributed onto six domains. The validity of the tool was verified by presenting it to 13 experienced arbitrators.
