This research aimed at identifying the degree of applying the administrative accountability for faculty members at the University of Jordan, from the students’ perspectives. The sample of the study consisted of (380) male and female students from the university of Jordan chosen by stratified random sample method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of (36) items classified into four domains: job discipline, work and performances, ethics of profession and personal behavior. The study aimed at determining the degree of academic leaderships at King Abd Al- azeez University for governance from the faculty members perspectives. The study sample consisted of (323) teaching staff members randomly selected from the study population consisting of (3057) teaching staff members from King Abd Al- azeez University. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire of (30) items was developed. Findings revealed that the academic leaders governance practice at King AbdAl- azeez University was high in all items according to the faculty members perspectives.
