The study aimed to identify degree of implementation of quality assurance standards for the field of community participation in school work and ways of developing them from educational supervisors view. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample study, which consisted of (64) educational supervisors purposely selected in the directorate of Education in Nablus. The results showed that the degree of application of quality assurance standards for the field of community participation in school work came highly arithmetic average (3.93) and standard deviation (0.46). The study aims at exploring the pre-school educational planning in Sudan, its current status, objectives and the principles on which it is based. It also takes into account the aims of the pre-school educational strategy, its instruments, methods of planning as well as identifying the means of follow-up, implementation and evaluation of the preschool educational planning.
