The study aims to know the level of the organizational culture and the administrative practices by Cycle-Two principals and the relationship between these practices as viewed by Wilayat As-Sweig female teachers in North Batinah governorate. The study also aims to know the effect of the independent variables of qualification, period of work in the school, job title and age.
