The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted various sectors, including the education sector. This study aimed to determine Polbangtan YoMa students' readiness to follow online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is survey research. The subjects of this study were 158 Polbangtan YoMa students. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. This study examines the pre-service teachers' agentive projections toward innovation in online English Language Teaching (ELT) classes. Employing teacher agency theory, this instrumental case study views projections as agentive when they are informed by the students' ecological aspects (past and present), oriented to solve potential learning problems and improve learning outcomes. The study involved 84 pre-service teachers who were voluntarily asked to fill in a questionnaire, submit a lesson plan, and be interviewed. nVivo Pro was used to organize themes. Many online learning models are alternatives due to the Covid-19 pandemic in synchronous, asynchronous, or mixed-mode. However, resources to support independent student learning in Indonesia were still limited. The focus topic of the study is developing students' understanding of the physics concept of center of mass. A Web-based E-Scaffolding Enhance Learning (ESEL) was identified and implemented. This study used a quasi-experiment, one group, pretest-posttest design. Forty-one students participated in the research.
