This report is intended to show a variety of age-related data for the student population at the University of Maine System’s seven individual campuses. Four years of data has been presented to display trends in enrollment for various age groups by degree status (degree vs. non-degree). Additionally, the data also shows, by age group, the average credit hours taken per semester and the top five majors of degree-seeking undergraduate students, by headcount enrollment, for the 2011 fall semester.

This report provides summary information on degrees conferred at the University of Maine System for the 2010-11 academic year. The following notes apply to all of the tables and charts contained within this report, unless otherwise noted:

1. Data for past years may differ from previous reports due to changes in the segregation of data by degree level and discipline. The current report follows the classification standards outlined by the National Center for Education Statistics (IPEDS).
