Professionals Of Haitian Ancestry: Examining The Predictors Of Career Success, Yselande Pierre

The purpose of the study was to examine the direct effects of salary earnings, educational attainment, community support, and resilience on the career success of Haitian professionals. The Yselande Pierre Career Success Measure (YPCSM) was administered to two hundred and fourteen (N = 214) respondents ages 18 and above from two national professional organizations that represent the career and educational advancement of the Haitian ancestry group.
