The Dominant Organizational Culture as Perceived by Teaching Staff at the Jordanian Universities, in Light of some Variables. A Sample of (382) Teaching staff from different ranks, was chosen randomly from a study population of (500). A questionnaire with five likert scale as a tool for the study purposes. Reliability and validity were investigated. The study results showed that there were significance differences at (=0.05) in the organizational culture with regard to teaching staff rank and type of to University, with no difference. The study aims to know the level of the organizational culture and the administrative practices by Cycle-Two principals and the relationship between these practices as viewed by Wilayat As-Sweig female teachers in North Batinah governorate.
