This study aimed to explore levels of psychological stress and its relation to skill performance in high jump event for physical education students at Yarmouk University. The researchers used the descriptive approach for the purpose of the study. The sample of the study consisted of (114) male and female students of the physical education college registered in track and field class as for the second semester 2016/2017. In order to measure psychological stress, a modified questionnaire of Al-Oran, 2007 consisted of 40 items was used. The questionnaire measures two domains, internal and external stresses. This study aimed to identify the impact of an educational program based on the use of active learning strategy and on the correlation between the types of Imagination thinking and the digital achievement of the high jump efficiency for students of the athletics course (2) at the University of Jordan 2016/2017.
