The study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in promoting the culture of dialogue among the teachers of Qasabat Irbid schools from their point of view, and to know the effect of the variables (gender, academic qualification, and educational stage) on teachers' assessments of this role. The sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female teachers, who were chosen using the random stratified method.
